Cooling off

Where the Consumer Protection Act and the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act give you a cooling off right on an online purchase, you may cancel within seven days of payment and receive a full refund, provided the gift has not already been prepared or delivered. Perishable goods that have been arranged for delivery are excluded once preparation has started.

Cancelling a future occasion

Occasions cancelled more than 72 hours before the delivery date are refunded in full or credited to another date, whichever you prefer. Inside 72 hours the flowers have usually been ordered, so a refund may not be possible.

Annual packages

You may cancel an annual package at any time. Delivered occasions are charged at the single gift price, and the balance is refunded.

Something arrived wrong

Send us a photograph within 24 hours of delivery. We will replace the gift or refund it, and we do not require the item to be returned.

How refunds are paid

Refunds are paid back to the original payment method, usually within ten working days. Write to our contact address to start one.
